Check phone line

My phone is displaying check phone line 

 

I cannot make or receive calls.

 

This has happened since there was a van with workers putting a new line up in my street just outside my house yesterday.

 

I don't know what they have done?

You have just sent a link to test the phone line and it is just bringing me back to sky communication..

Sky usually do not proactively send texts or emails to test lines unless you have requested. Be careful about clicking on any link
