Evening.
I am posting on behalf of my mum and dad. The landline stopped working 3 days ago, phone says check line cord. I can ring the line and it rings as normal however their phone does not ring. Lift handset no tone either. Broadband is working fine,
Connected phone line directly into main socket, removed all filters and fault still exists. Tried a different phone and cord, fault remains. Any assistance would be appreciated as they are pensioners and need phone in an emergency.
