Trying to connect new phone to landline after house move. Phone message is just 'check connection'. No ringtone just the message on phone screen. I am not new to SKY but i have just moved and trying to setup new phone. Help!....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your broadband Hub have a light on the front panel labelled 'Voice' and is it lit? If so, you need to plug your phone into your Hub. It won't work from the wall socket.
