Check Connection

Trying to connect new phone to landline after house move.  Phone message is just 'check connection'.  No ringtone just the message on phone screen.  I am not new to SKY but i have just moved and trying to setup new phone. Help!....

Does your broadband Hub have a light on the front panel labelled 'Voice' and is it lit? If so, you need to plug your phone into your Hub. It won't work from the wall socket.

I don't know, I'm going there tomorrow so I'll check.  Thanks for the reply, I'll post what I find.
