I just got my bill and I been charged £81 when my bill is £36 to £41 a month. I rang customerservce and they wouldn't send me a bill summary. I told them if I spend 2 hours on a call I would know I want 2 hear that call. Cus I know we haven't spent 2 hours on call I have been charged £24 for that call. They payment been declined I literally cannot afford 80 pound. N the advisor was not helping. I'm so stressed about this bill. I've got the gas electric gone high know this

I'm working from home I only get 2 15 mins break spent 1 taking 2 a advisor who didn't help

What time of day did this call start?
What kind of number was it ie; was it Premium rate?
How long do you think it lasted?

It's a land line number. And it was on my land line call.

If any of them look wrong, let us know whether it was a call to an 01, 02, 03, 08, or 09 number. Also, it would still help to know which Sky Talk package you have (Pay as you Talk, Sky Talk Anytime etc) again, ot,will show you on your bill.
