Charged for Talk Anytime

I was told that Talk Anytime would be free for 18 months, when I signed up, but I have been charged £13.50. Anyone else been promised a better deal?

Anytime is chargeable so are you sure they didn't say that the calls you can make would be free. If it wasn't this then all you can do is to put in a complaint giving them the date and time you called them so they can listen to what was said to you:

All UK calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 number are inclusive for the £13.50 monthly fee. See this page of the latest tariff.
