Changed to fibre and my phone does not work. any suggestions for phones that are compatible with the sky fibre hub?

A couple of checks - is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? Do you have a black Hub or white?

 

Any analogue phone should work. If you were previously with BT and had a phone designed for their Digital Voice service, it definitely won't work, nor will a VOIP phone.
