So if open reach moves your phone/broadband socket to another room for their convenience they don't have to ensure it's working? Funny old world.

Given it can take until midnight on the installation date for data to become active, and 24 hours for a phone service transfer, then no.

I can use my land line for calls out but no one can call in. Doesn't even ring just nothing wont even go through on any phone or network

@TREVOR1944 when was your service activated? I assume your phone is plugged into your broadband Hub. White Hub or black?
