Cannot make or receive calls
Broadband working but cannot make or receive calls.
Have tried all the tests without success.
Live in a rural area with poor mobile connectivity and I am currently immobilised following accident/operation so cannot easily get out of house to call sky.
Is there any other way I can make contact?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Having same issues with parents landline. Did you manage to solve and if so how?

What issue are you having and has it just started today, plus have you changed your broadband package recently ?

@caesarome The Internet is working OK but the landline isn't working. Tried ringing it and just sounds engaged but can confirm not in use.
No changes to Contract and nothing changed in or around the Junction Box, also tried using a different Phone but still the same.

Calls made to my Sky Talk line ending 679 do not connect. The phone does not ring. Calls made to my landline from my mobile show a connection to a different number . This connects.
Has my number been changed by Sky?
Calling 150 from my phone connects to two lines , each talking over the other. I cannot answer any questions I.e. password or mothers maiden name due to the two lines competing.

@Chief. sounds like you have a crossed line which will need to be reported to Sky. If you wish, we can Sky's messaging team to contact you here via a private online chat so that you can do that. The alternative is to call. Calls to Sky on a Sky Mobile, if you have one, are free.
