I have been trying to cancel my Sky Talk Anytime since April 2022 to save £12 per month and go on to Pay As You Talk the technical team just seem unable to cancel this request I have spoken to them many times and they say leave it with us.
I have a Sky mobile and do not require this service on my landline when I renewed my contract in April 2022 I told them I do not require Sky Talk Anytime and they promised to remove it.

I have had the same problem since my phone line was disconnected by BT in August 2021, now run on fibre with Virgin Media. Spoken to call centre on numerous occassions. Sky did cancel all other services and equipment was returned.
Would not recommend anyone signing up to Sky in the future.
