Hi, we transferred from virgin to sky broadband and talk on 15th June. Broadband works fine, I can make calls from the landline. But am not receiving any calls. Infact when trying to make a call to the home number it's seems to go to a voicemail saying the person you are calling isn't around right now. I've tried everything on the help section but nothings working. I can't find a person to speak to via sky customer service which a total pain. Please can anyone help or suggest anything

Yep whole virgin was active I could make and receive calls. That's ended now so just sky, not being able to receive.
Also thank you I managed to get thru to someone after calling 150. Just gotta wait for the network/technical guys to get in touch, fingers crossed they can sort it.
