Can't receive calls

I can make calls from the landline but can't receive.  As soon as I ring it, it drops the call straight away.  What can be done to fix this?

@CBTAYLO 

This will need to be reported to Sky so as you can make calls then give them a call tomorrow on 150 as this is the free number you can use. Say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
