Can’t make or receive calls

I have not been able to make or receive calls from last Monday (13th October ). I have checked all the lines and connections and everything seems to be ok so I think it might be outside line

Is there any background to this? Are you new to Sky? Or has your landline with Sky been working ok up to 13th?

Called sky and they sending an engineer out
