Can't get phone line upstairs

I need a engineer out to fix phone line upstairs

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky.

 

What issue are you having with the phone line upstairs?
What phone/Broadband set up have you got?
Have you recently changed your set up?

Perhaps worth noting that

 

a) Openreach engineers don't fix phone extensions these days

 

b) If you have Sky Talk over SOGEA broadband (and so your 'main' phone handset plugs into the rear of the Sky Hub) then extension sockets no longer work: that's by design and cannot be fixed.
