Hi I recently activated Sky Talk Sheild on my line and it works great. I wanted to block a number that kept calling and it did that well but it has set up a call screening service too.
Every time a new caller calls they are asked to say their name and press a number and then at my end I have to press a number to accept it. I am finding this part a problem as I have an answer phone and I am not always in and this means that not even doctors, banks, etc or even the car servining company can get through to even leave a message if I am not in.
This seems like a weakness to the service but I suppose it might suit some people. Anyway so my obvious question is can I turn off the call screening so people can get through to my answer phone even when I am not in and just leave the number blocking part activated?
Hope I have made sense. Any help appreciated.
