Need you to get in touch with BT i have had two engine here from you in last year the engineers sa

Your engineer  have been here in last year but said it's  BT fault on line outside

We have lower our sky but that was last year channels  but nothing else change

Nothing to do with voice control. Does your Broadband router have a number of lights with one marked as 'voice'? If so is it lit?
