Neither the caller ID facility nor the 1471 utility are working on my landline with Sky. As far as I am aware, they have never worked.
I have tried the 17070 test and that worked fine.
Any ideas / suggestions at all please? Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreReport it to Sky (call 150). It's possible that you're on a line leased by Sky rather than one within the Sky network. Some call features aren't available on leased lines. Or there may simply be a fault which needs investigation.
