Call divert to mobile no longer working.

I receive American male voice advising error

So they can investigate for you give Sky a call on the free 150 number.

Well SKY removed Call Diversion then re-installed it AND AGAIN not working !

ANY ides out there would be greatly appreciated

I have AGAIN but they advise they are investigating it.

Any other suggestions than keep calling them which is currently not fruitful
