How to connect by cordless phone to white sky router

@cessie  You need to connect the base station phone cable that was previously plugged into a wall socket into the back of the hub UK Phone port.

@cessie  Is there a voice light on the hub?  Is it lit up?  Have you just had the service installed/upgraded today?

When was you activation date? It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation.

I have got the sky in about 7 months now and my phone was connected ok however I moved the modem from a shelf to a table and had to take leads out I am sure I put the leads back in the right way but the phone isn't connecting with the hub
