Billing Query
I changed my package earlier in the year (several months ago). I asked for calls to my landline to be removed. I have since spoken to sky agents who say this has been done and the bill updated. However I have just viewed this month's bill to find I am still being charged. Do I need to move from Sky to get this sorted??

Bit confused @Trudy+G You mention calls to your landline but you've posted in the Sky Mobile forum?

Where should I post it then - I tried speaking to agents but no luck. Can't see an option for a live chat?

If you are referring to your Sky Talk landline, then if you get Sky to change your tariff to Sky Pay As You Talk tariff, you are only charged for any calls you make so no calls made is no charge for landline calls. Give Sky another call (just dial 150 free from a Sky mobile or a Sky landline) and don't hang up if prompted to.
