BT/EE Phone Network Not Coonecting to Landline

Having swithced from BT to Sky, external users on BT/EE landlines or mobiles get a mailbox message and fail to connect to our Sky Talk landline!

Other providers have no issue, Smarty, Sky or O2.

BT just say account closed and Sky help desk did not understand.

Still happening, no BT  calls getting through to our landline.
