Added Sky Talk Shield and it's not working

I added Sky talk Shield yesterday. I can access the portal on sky.com. I added two numbers to block (one needs blocking and the other is mine to make sure it is working as expected) and my call is still getting through. I also see no calls inthe call history. What can I do? The number I need to block is a nuisance caller.
