Access voicemail
Hi, my Mum (94) is with Sky has just acquired some BT 400 landline telephones and I'm setting them up for her. Does anyone know how to set up the voicemail? Because it seems to talk in the manual for the phones about the BT voicemail 1571 so I'm a bit confused.
Thanks Lynne

Re: Access voicemail
@lynnechapman265 if your Mum want to use Sky's Voicemail service (there's a monthly charge) it's the same number 1571. If she's not currently paying for it, she, or you on her behalf if you're authorised, will need to call to activate it.

Re: Access voicemail
Voicemail is currently £2.00 per month. Voicemail Plus is £2.50 a month. That allows her to record a personal greeting, store up to 30 messages and she can access those messages from any phone.
