Hi, I have no connection to my land line, thinking it was my old phone that died but i have the same issue with my new phone. There is no dial tone no niose just silence. I have done test checks numerus times with sky help and it find no fault after the tests even though i can see my speed is reduced to 40.78 Mbps. I have broadband with sky talk and my contract ends next year but need my landline to work this year. My test sockect in the hallway is showing a weak online sinal for internet (and seperately) no phone tone ive exausted all the help that sky online has to offer.

Hi Just an update with my bradband Talk. I was due to get an engineer tomorrow Tuesday, i had a call on my mobile that they were arriving mid-morning. The land line is now fixed it was due to some cross wire out side. so so glad for the assistance and my wifi is back on normal speed. Great service sky Thanks

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

after doing the sky test my internet went down and i lost the tread and tried to get back. I dont know where i was but saw a link to sky talk and phoned on my mobile. Engineer going to test my connection on tuesday. soo sorry if i wasted your time... im a bit of a dimwhit on here. Many thanks though
