@sheldie you mean an interrupted dialling tone? If you can, you could try calling your landline, letting it go to Voicemail, then picking up the message you've left yourself, and deleting it. That might reset the message waiting tone. If not, you'll need to give Sky a call and they'll probably remove and re-apply the Voicemail for you to get rid of it.
