Hello
I have a problem.
I have a Sky receiver R024.092.11.00P not connected to the internet.
My EPG only works for 1 day.
It used to last for 14 days. Do any of you have the same problem?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat's most likely because your Sky box is only receiving a signal on one of the dish cables. Check by going to Services > Settings > Signal. The white part of all four bars should be at least half way across.
