No it isn't available via a Sky+ box. You would need a phone or iPad to access it.

thank you for your answer.   i suspect this was the case.   my next move is to get the access via my tablet .  i wonder if i can get it on a laptop ?

Only if you install a program that can play apps like Nox or Bluestacks as the app can then be installed via these.
