second sky box in multiroom shows no signal

Got second sky + box in bedroom but says no signal. In lounge sky box is working fine.Any ideas someone?

Assuming that's no satellite signal, it could be a fault with your Sky box, the LNB at the dish, or the cable between your Sky box and the dish.

First thing to try is restarting the box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes

All done but still no signal

You could try disconnecting,and reconnecting the dish cable(s), but switch the box off at the plug first. If it doesn't resolve it, the best option is to gove Sky a call to book an engineer.
