Further to an earlier question which advised that I should investigate upgrading my Sky Entertainment to Sky Signature, I'm now trying to connect my WiFi to my sky box.
The Sky Box is in a different room to the router, and does not have a WPS button.
I have followed the help instructions to connect with a WiFi password, namely, selected 'Settings' then 'Network'
However, I do not get the options shown to
- connect with WPS
- connect with passowrd
- connect with WPS PIN
Instead I have
- Connection to Broadband Router - FAIL
- Connection to On Demand - FAIL
- IP Address of this Sky Box 0.0.0.0
- DHCP ON
Ive also tried to check the Software version, by going into services and selecting 'settings' and 'system details' and the Version Number shown there is 4f310b, and the help says I need to be at 4E30

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Sky box has no WPS button on the front panel, it has no on-board wifi capability. You'll need an On Demand Connector (not a MINI connector). Sky no longer sell them, but you'll probably find one on ebay etc
