how to find Sony Bravia TV code for new Sky+HD Rev.10 remote

Have bought a new Sky+HD Rev.10 remote, sky.com/help/program-your-remote wasn't helpfull and wouldn't accept "Sony" when asked for TV make at step 2 of the set up procedure.

So I'm trying the instructions in the lid of the remote but, where do i find the TV code bearing in mind the select button on my old remote dosen't work?.
