how can I speak to someone in Scotland
My contract has expired and I simply cannot understand the agents in India due to my poor hearing - is there any way I can speak to someone in the UK?

Re: how can I speak to someone in Scotland
@waynechodosh I'm afraid there is no direct contact number for anywhere in the UK, it's not how Sky works, having multiple numbers for each location would be chaotic and unworkable. They use the IVR and that routes to the next available agent, regardless of location.
If you have hearing difficulties perhaps registering with the accessibility team would be an option and you could use a number of different contact options many not phone related.

Re: how can I speak to someone in Scotland
All calls go through to the next available agent no matter where they are based.
In view of your hearing issues it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help you now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

If you are more comfortable with communicating via a messaging service then you can click on the 'No I still need help' button at the bottom of this page and select the 'Chat with us' option. It will connect you to a secure messaging service where you can type your questions to a Sky customer services agent:
