In case you aren't aware Sky no longer support faults/issues with Sky+ / Sky+HD although they may offer advice on the phone. You may have to call out a local satellite installer (at your own expense), unless you already have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance. Sky will advise to move to Sky Q whereby all issues will be resolved as part of the installation. You could also consider Sky Glass or Stream but fully research them first.
