cancel additional sky + boxes

Hi i have 4 Sky + boxes and wish to cancel paying for 3 of them, as just use the 1 Sky + box, then i wish to have Sky Q box

You can't use a Sky+ box at the same time as a Sky Q one so it has to be one or the other.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel them, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Give Sky a call. All of,your Sky+ subscription will be cancelled when you upgrade to Sky Q, so just be clear that you only want a Sky Q main box and no Minis.
