I have had the box turned off for about 2 months it won't work now for sky sports which I am paying for only normal channels no Gold channel either??

The card has de-paired from your box, you need to performing a New Install or phone sky and ge your card paired to the box

The card has de-paired from your box, you need to performing a New Install or phone sky and ge your card paired to the box

With your Sky box having been turned off for that length of time, it may have missed Sky's periodic 'keep alive' signal and have consequently been deactivated. You'll need to contact Sky to get it reactivated. If you wish we can ask their messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that. The alternative is to call.
