When I try to watch BBC 1 I get a message saying my sky + hd box isn't getting a satellite signal

On the Tv Guide it stayed Mini TV unavailable. No satellite signal.

Hi there, have you tried the steps on our No Sat Signal help page to see if you can remedy this issue?
