When I try to download sky Atlantic it says I need to upgrade on sky+
When I try to download on demand sky Atlantic programmes I get a message saying i need to upgrade. I have already gone into settings and changed my preferences to SD as I haven't got HD but still not working.

What program are you trying to access and do you have Sky Signature on your package ?
