No signal an no tv

I’ve called twice today to sort out a engineer today to sort this issue an twice I've been on the phone for half hour at a time so could someone call me or jst sort this out as I've tried calling but no joy now an I'm getting really stressed about the whole situation

We're customers here. Sky won't call in response to a forum post. What did Sky say when you called?

Both times they said they would book an engineer so I waited an after about half hour they hung up on me twice so I never got a reply or a date for engineer

Check your Order Tracking via your online account to see if one has been booked. Otherwise it's another call, I'm afraid.
