Watch and record simultaneously

I have Sky+HD

Can I record and watch simultaneously? 

If so, how?!

If your Sky box has 2 cables to the dish then schedule a recording then watch live TV at the same time you don't have to do anything special

There are three white cables:

RF In 

RF Out

RF out (a second one)

When a recording is taking place and I want to watch another channel, the message on screen invites me to cancel the recording.

RF are not dish inputs, look for input 1 and input 2 (screw terminals)
