So I now pay an incrased amount of£91 per month and the channels on my second box have been blocked. Ring Sky the message says with a phone number but does not mention not after 9pm - well the programme I wanted to watch was due to start at 9pm so I didn't notice before. No help available, website must be one of the poorest I have come across in a long time - confusing and how many steps to find a phone number under 'contact us' whcih means don't ring............Its not the market leader anymore and it shows. Been with them since late 1980s (even though account details says 2000) You could always ring and get a nice helpful Scottish person to assist when it went wrong. I can see why so many people have moved away.
