Viewing card

I can no longer access Sky there was a problem with the viewing card and I tried to reactivate and now receiving message there is a technical fault

Was this card in this box as of end October 2024? If it was call Sky and have them re-pair the card remotely

Yes it was. It keeps saying to insert viewing card. It's difficult to speak to anyone on the phone
