No sky link- been on hols - maybe storm damage to dish.

Need engineer to replace or readjust dish.

If you have a Sky+ box (the forum you've posted in), there's no longer engineer support for that equipment. You would need to engage a local satellite installer to take a look.

 

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.
