Viewing card

Really struggling to try and order new viewing card. I was due to get sky q but due to sky error it couldnt go ahead. I now cannot work my existing viewing card as it says I am on sky a which I'm not. Need desperate help

Have you contacted Sky? You'll need to give them a call to request a new Card. Your existing Card will have been disabled because of ordering Sky Q.
