Ok it started a few days ago wanted to watch a channel and the dreaded no signal message popped up. Tried another channel worked fine. So switch off for 2 minutes. Still not luck. Checked settings and port two didn't have any signal so I unscrewd both and reconnect them. I did notice that the box was really hot. No luck again. So unplugged the sky box and let until the next day to cool down. My friend did say check the viewing card if looks fried. So I think this is why

It's very unlikely to be anything to do with the Viewing Card. The discolouration is normal.
If you're seeing a no satellite signal, there's more likely to be a problem somewhere with your dish setup, which will require an engineer. Unless you have Sky Protect, that won't be Sky, so you'll need to consult a local satellite installer.
Alternatively now might be the time to upgrade to Sky Q - the installation involves checking the dish etc at no additional cost.
