Viewing card

My sky box is just saying that my viewing card is not authorised and I can't access any programs

If Sky have sent you a new card then perform a New Install with that card

 

If you have ordered Sky Q and the order has not gone ahead for any reason the Sky+ card will have been cancelled and you'll need to use a new one, if you don't have a replacement then you'll need to get Sky to send one

 

Try performing a New Install

I don't have a new card and I haven't ordered a new card so why has this happened?

No clue, try a New Install with the current card to do a callback to Sky, if that fails to fix it then you'll need to phone Sky

Note: Make sure you have the correct country flag selected in the bottom-right of the page
