Discussion topic: Viewing card wont go back into sky box

I was cleaning sky box and accidently touched the viewing card and it has popped out of the box. I have pushed it in but it will not stay in it. I can now see it slightly sticking out. I do not have access to my recorded programmes and the tv picture has white dots in the background. Help!

Is the card in with the gold square on the top?

Also the card should be behind a flap so should not be possible to remove whilst cleaning!
