Viewing card was not delivered

New viewing card was not delivered and the box no longer accpets the old card. I cannot watch Sky. Can Sky re-enter my old viewing card details until I recive my new card?

You will have to contact Sky and get the new card sent out, your old card cannot be re-enabled

@ptiwi  As advised you would be best contacting sky to have a new card issued.
