Sky reverts to freeview mid afternoon

My sky+ reverts to freeviw mid channel in the afternoon. Is there a timer that selects this that I can switch off?

What do you mean "reverts to freeview", Sky+ does not have any feature that would do this

Hello Annie, thanks for your post. Its my mums tv that changes mid channel without her touching the remote. I'm never here when it happens but when I turn tv on its on freeview not hdmi1

@Jojojoanne60  It's sounds like an issue with the TV rather than the Sky+ box

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Jojojoanne try changing the hdmi cable as that itself could be faulty

Hello thanks. Well I went into timer on tv and it was set to "once" for something. Will see if that stops it. Otherwise will change cable.
