Viewing card not working

Sky+HD box suddenly saying viewing card not authorised. Have followed instructions but cannot get back to the new install menu . 

 

What am I doing wrong ?

You're not doimg anything wrong. Have you previously ordered then cancelled Sky Q?

 

You'll need to give Sky a call to request a new Viewong Card.
