Viewing card not authorised

View card message appeared yesterday, have reset vox and re inserted card as advised on web site, still not working

Have you put in and perhaps cancelled an order for Sky Q, if so were you sent another viewing card because if so you should be able to use that. If you haven't you will have to contact Sky about this.
