Have you placed an order for Sky Q ?

I'm being sent a new card for my sky + box. They want me to upgrade to Q but I don't want to

They would not have sent you a new card unless you did originally agree to upgrade to Sky Q, even if you then decided to change your mind.

 

Have you tried this replacement card in your Sky+ box or is this the one that is returning this message ?
