Is this the same viewing card / Sky+ box combination that was being used 12 months ago?

@CraigSmith001 try turning the box off at the plug then removing the Viewing Card and cleaning it with a clean, dry fluff-free cloth. After reinserting the Card wait for a few minutes before restarting your Sky box.
